MIZUDAO Promoter Founder TAKEHITO IMAI

Graduated from the University of Tokyo with a degree in law and is affiliated with the Tokyo Second Bar Association. He worked at FiNC Technologies, a medical startup, where he was in charge of M&A investments, and at a major foreign law firm, where he specialized in intellectual property, entrepreneurship, M&A, branding, sports and entertainment.

The development of Web3 and DAO is inseparable, in order to see better development of Web3, Takehito Imai founded MIZU DAO.

Takehito Imai is responsible for the development of MIZU DAO, which aims to promote the development of WEB3 and guide more high-quality technological projects, teams, and companies to join MIZU DAO through his own industry resources, and to realize the economic development of companies through WEB3.

Set a Guinness Book sales record as an advertising salesperson at a publishing house.

Worked at FiNC Technologies, where he was in charge of recruiting, system design businesses, and capital business cooperation for four years, contributing to the expansion of the organization. Joined WEIN Group as a founding member and was in charge of venture support and fund operations, as well as the establishment of management departments and business divisions.

Takahiro Naito is mainly responsible for the ecosystem development and operation of WEB3, the foundation framework of WEB3 lies in the digital identity and the decentralized token economy, discovering more quality WEB3 projects through years of experience and resources in different fields. Realizing the actual application of quality WEB3 projects and actively promoting the community and culture of MIZU DAO, and for the future of the WEB3 ecosystem and MIZU DAO, furthermore ensuring there’ll be positive impact to the future of the WEB3 ecosystem and MIZU DAO.

Co-Founder YUJI KATO

Graduated from Kyoto University, Department of Economics. Graduated from Yale University School of Management with a master's degree. After working in investment banking at Morgan Stanley Securities and Merrill Lynch, he was head of GE Healthcare Business Development Asia and CEO of PE fund Permira Advisors Japan before becoming chairman of Independent Investment EIC Investments Ltd. in 2014. COO and CIO of the overseas demand development support organization (Cool Japan Organization), a public-private partnership fund.

YUJI KATO is mainly responsible for the capital market financing of quality projects in the WEB3 ecosystem. Quality WEB3 projects cannot be developed with the absence of institutions. Furthermore, more institutions have come to realize that WEB3 is inevitable in the era we are living in.
