DAO Voting Process

Every major decision will be made by a vote of DAO medal owners. Early voting format of DAO

  • Each DAO medal owner has the right to initiate a proposal.

  • When the proposal is in effect, it will be put to a full membership vote

  • Within the specified time, the result of the vote is determined according to the party with the most votes for or against

Over time, the decisions and governance of DAO will become more deeply involved in each role and responsibility.

  • MIZU DAO will set up two voting assemblies.

  • The Grand Terminus gives birth to the two elementary forms（Yin and Yang）

  • Yin and Yang: the two forms of the universe, and the two opposing and associative principles in nature, like the heaven and earth, sun and moon, day and night, hot summer and cold winter, men and women, up and down, etc.

  • Depending on the members’ contributions, their final role will vary.

  • The Yin participants will have a round of voting by MIZU DAO’s leaders, opinion leaders and the team.

  • After the proposal passed, The Yang participants will hold a public vote of all members.

  • The Yin participants will have a round of voting by all DAO medal owners.
