# Roles and responsibilities of MIZU DAO

**POD (PROOF OF DUTY)**

The MIZU DAO has a different reward mechanism depending on what each role has to do.

DUTY

1. Role: The normal operation of DAO requires DAO members to take on different roles and carry out different duties, with clear division of labor and common progress of cooperation.
2. Responsibilities: Each role has its own job to do. The growth of DAO cannot be separated from the due diligence of each DAO member in his/her own position.

Hourglass-shaped member structure

DAO community members are comprised of investors, disseminators, and contributors.

**Investors**: investors of the Treasury, who hold the same belief in the future development of the DAO, and also members participating in MIZU DAO in the form of funds

**Disseminators**: have made positive contributions to MIZU DAO’s diplomatic relations, promotion and publicity through various channels

**Contributors**: DAO members who participate in MIZU DAO activities and WEB3 ecosystem development and construction, and serve WEB3 project users as well as other MIZU DAO members

**Opinion leaders**: DAO members who participate in every major decision of MIZU DAO and offer decision-making advice

**Leaders**: DAO members who make directional proposals and vote on them to bring decisive excellence to the evolution of MIZU DAO

**Team**: the MIZU DAO initiation team, that’s the DAO members who lead the early development planning of MIZU DAO.
